How To Cleanse Your Body With A Detox Diet Plan And Recipes

 

Since cabbage already provides plenty of nutrients, it can be something that is doable for you.  If you’re looking to cleanse your body of toxins, the cabbage soup diet is a great choice.  If you follow the plan as instructed, you may be able to lose up to ten pounds within a matter of a week or so. 

Keep in mind, you’ll only want to do this as a short-term plan.  Eventually you’ll have to go back to eating regular foods.  This plan is good to use for a quick melting of a few pounds. 

In addition to the cabbage soup, the plan also instructs you to consume certain foods for seven days.  This will include foods such as fruits, vegetables, rice, meats, and other items as suggested.  You will have to refrain from sugary foods like sweets, desserts and pastries. 

You are allowed to eat as much cabbage soup as your heart desires.  You don’t have to make it the same way every day.  You can switch up to whatever you like, as long as it’s in the guidelines for the seven days.  The purpose of eating the cabbage soup is to make you full.  This way, you won’t be hungry all the time. 

Here is a recipe for cabbage soup:

• One 16 oz. can of diced or whole tomatoes
• 1 package of onion mix soup
• One half of a cabbage head
• 3 carrots
• 1 green pepper (large size)
• 2 or 3 flavored bouillon cubes, vegetable or chicken
• 8 -12 cups of water to stretch out the soup for seven days
• Optional spices, such as seasoned salt or pepper
• Optional juice – V8 vegetable juice, 48 oz. container

The vegetables should be thoroughly cleaned and chopped up well.  Place them in a large pot.  Add enough water until the vegetables are covered.  Cook until you have soft vegetables.  You can do a taste test to see if they’re soft enough for you.

Another detox diet plan with a recipe that can help you is a cleansing recipe.  This recipe is one of the more popular ones to use for detoxing your body.  It has been around for many years and is still one that is used by a lot of people today.  You can experience a refreshing of your body by using this.   

The recipe for the cleanser is as follows:

• Ten ounces of filtered water (make sure it’s filtered)
• Cayenne pepper powder (a pinch)
• 2 tablespoons of organic maple syrup (make sure it’s Grade B)
• ½ organic lemon to use for lemon juice (should equal 2 tablespoons)

This cleansing plan is made to be consumed at least five to six times a day.  If you want to drink it that many times within that period, just repeat the process with the recipe.  Due to health reasons, it is advised to use this detox diet plan and recipe for only 10 days.  It would not be wise to go past that. 

Of course, this plan and recipe may take more than a minute for you to stomach because of the ingredients.  You first thought may be this is probably not something you would want to give you your worst enemy.  After you start drinking it and getting results, all of the uneasiness will go away.
